Product information

The aim is to build a melting and dosing system consisting of

  • 1x GG-TA 500MG ingot preheating and charging unit
  • 1x melting furnace including ingot and sprue charging GG-SO 500MG
  • 1x heated transfer tube including mechanical support and protection
  • 1x dosing furnace GG-DO 200MG
  • 1x magnesium pressure pump

The ingots, which run through the preheating unit, are automatically fed into the melting furnace at the end of the preheating unit.A tilting and feeding device transports the ingots into the specified melting basket and melts them away.
