Sustainability icon of NürnbergMesse: Orange leaf with slogan
As the leading global trade fair for the energy-intensive diecasting industry, EUROGUSS places a strong emphasis on the sustainability of the sector. The show provides a comprehensive overview of the entire diecasting process chain and addresses current challenges such as climate change, supply chain security, and workforce shortages. Through exhibitors, presentations, and interactive formats, innovative sustainability solutions are given a platform. This way, EUROGUSS actively advances the sustainable transformation of the diecasting industry.
Our events are global platforms for sustainable innovation.

Exhibitors

EUROGUSS provides a platform for companies in the industry to showcase sustainable innovations – from energy-saving diecasting machines and eco-friendly release agents to secondary aluminum made from recycled materials. The latter plays a pivotal role in the diecasting industry, with products containing secondary aluminum alloys offering high quality while helping to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Sustainabbility goal of NürnbergMesse: CO2 neutral energy supply until 2028

Sustainability at NürnbergMesse

As our organizer, NürnbergMesse goes the extra mile in terms of sustainability: Decisions are consciously made for the good of the planet and society, based on the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations. For example, 100 percent green electricity is used on the exhibition grounds - reduced to the bare minimum. Since 2015, 3.7 million kWh of electricity have already been saved. The major goal: a climate-neutral energy supply by 2028. NürnbergMesse has been documenting these and other successes in an annual sustainability report since 2021.
