AUTOMATION AND ROBOTISATION

By servicing and maintaining our equipment, we provide a continuous manufacturing process, project engineering and machine construction for the needs of Talum and external customers, and we also sell technological knowledge and equipment.

We provide robotisation and automation, and also perform digitalisation projects which are intended for process optimisation.

We control the following complex areas:

• Gravity tilt casting: robotic melt pouring, cleaning of castings, general renovation and upgrade of casting machines, refractory linings, creation of tools for tilt and low-pressure casting.
• High-pressure die casting and low-pressure die casting: refractory lining, automated casting creation process, production of tools.
• Process automation: operation of processing and casting machines, automation of production lines, process automation.
• Machine construction: creation of devices (machines) according to documents provided by the customer (steel construction, assembly of hydraulics, pneumatics and electric components).
• Other services: repair (hydraulics, pneumatics), manufacturing welded pieces, creation of machine elements.
