The LiCON machining centers from the Giga-Line enable the precise machining of impressively large and complex workpieces thanks to their innovative technology and flexibility. This meets the growing requirements in the field of large part machining, which is becoming increasingly important, especially due to electromobility, for example for battery frames, RUB (rear underbody) and FUB (front underbody).
With our modular system, LiCON machines can be customised precisely to individual customer requirements. Options include, for example, an additional Z²-axis, which results in an enlarged interference cube around the A-axis. The equipment with LiCON's own i³ technology is topped by the I+I technology, which enables simultaneous machining of different processes with two spindles on one component. In addition, the integrated pallet changers offer an automated solution to further increase production efficiency and thus save costs.
