Gjuteriteknik is a company specialized in zinc die casting.

Our ambition is to be the preferred partner for everyone in need of a product solution that can be produced efficiently with zinc die casting. We work in a close relationship with our customers all the way from the first idea, through the design process to project start. The goal is to have the best and most cost-effective solution when the part goes into series production.

In series production, we have one of the most modern die-casting plants in Europe with a high degree of automation to offer our customers. Together with a large number of highly qualified partners in various areas, we can deliver almost any secondary operation, surface or logistics solution.

Last year, this setup resulted in our customers giving us the trust to produce almost one billion parts for them. Die-cast zinc products produced by us during the year were shipped to more than 250 different locations in 40 countries

We invested in our first windmill to supply the foundry with carbon-free energy as early as 2008. Since then, we have added more wind mill ownerships and also a fairly large solar panel park. Overall, we are proud to say that, based on our energy supply, we can offer zinc-casted parts that from production don’t transfer any environmental debt for CO2 to future generations. In fact, we can almost double production from the 2022 level, when we produced zinc parts worth over 42 million EUR, without being dependent on external energy supply. We call it “Powered by Nature”.
