Dynamism, reliability and efficiency are the most important success criteria for the Fill machining center SYNCROMILL C.
Concept:
The highly dynamic double-spindle unit with separate Z-axes carries out operations in the main X and Z feed directions. The workpiece is moved in the Y-direction. Equipment with a fifth axis as well as separate X-axes on the double-spindle unit are some of the variants that are optionally possible. The further developed tool-change concept enables the shortest possible change times to be achieved as well as extremely efficient, space-saving, economical production of complex workpieces.
The SYNCROMILL C can be interlinked with upstream or downstream processes and adapted to meet specific customer requirements. Component-specific clamping fixtures and conveyor systems may also be used.
The machining center is available as a direct loader (C21) with pallet changer (C22) version.
Features:
- Extremely short chip-to-chip times
- Rigid structure for high machining capacity
- Large operating range with small footprint
- Ideal for loading from the front and above
- Ergonomic design for manual loading
- Compensation option for X- and Y-axis Separate Z-axes
- Optimum chip discharge (e.g. MQL machining)
- Machine, process and automation from a single source
Customer components:
Electric motor housing, crankcase, cylinder head, camshaft carrier, transmission housing, steering housing, structural component, chassis part, battery tray, oil pan, etc.
