AGTOS: Competence in wheel blasting technology.

AGTOS was founded in 2001 à Emsdetten by experienced specialists from the shot blasting industry. Meanwhile, we have two locations with over 160 employees. Conception and engineering is carried out in Emsdetten, the company's headquarters. The production is located in the Polish town of Konin, near Poznan. This location was significantly extended.

The constant focus on the requirements of the customers caused that AGTOS is known as a supra-regional specialist for the conception and manufacturing of shot blast machines for roughening, cleaning, derusting, descaling and shot peening. That is why customers on all five continents are working with AGTOS shot blast machines.

The potential applications of shot blast machines are extensive, ranging from treatment of millimeter-sized chain parts to steel constructions structures in the size of overseas containers – the fields of applications and plant sizes are with almost unlimited possibilities.

It is a constant challenge to construct the machines so that the quality of the work piece surfaces corresponds to the requirements of the customers. Furthermore, the systems have to be constructed for the required quantities of work pieces and fit into the existing space. This is being appreciated by our customers in various industries. The most important customer groups include the automotive and automotive supplier industry, foundries, forges, steel distributors, the fastener industry and mechanical engineering. It is interesting to note that both small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large corporations work with AGTOS shot blast plants.

AGTOS also offers high-quality used shot blast plants. This is an advantage for companies that need a shot blast machine at very short notice or only use it temporarily. Various machines are always in stock in an external warehouse in Emsdetten and at the Konin plant.

The abrasive used in the shot blast machines does not only effect on the surfaces of the work pieces. The abrasive effect is also noticeable inside the shot blast machines. Therefore, services include stocking and delivery of spare and wear parts has an important role. In addition, maintenance, repair and modernization are also carried out on machines from other manufacturers. These are always executed by qualified staff.
