• Overview of the partnership: Schaufler Fischer Group, a global leader in large high-pressure diecasting dies, and Koide, a leading tool manufacturer in Japan, will work together in the future. The aim is to acquire new mega/giga die casting molds from Japanese OEMs. In the future, Schaufler Fischer Group will utilize the local know-how and services of the Japanese company to provide comprehensive support to its customers in Japan.
  
  
• Mutual commitments: The mutual commitments include, on the one hand, that the Japanese tool manufacturer will invest in the mega/giga tooling capacity and introduce the Schaufler Fischer Group to its main market. In addition, the Japanese company will provide tool-related services for Schaufler Fischer Group projects in Japan.
