All training companies that have been providing very good quality training in IHK occupations in the region for at least five years were eligible to apply for the title. Plus points were awarded this time for the topics of digitalisation and sustainability. After a formal check of the application documents by the IHK, an independent jury reviewed the submissions and decided on the award of the title "TOP training company".
